What will you do?

Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to bring world-class equipment to life — from backpacks to shelters and sleep systems.Support the design process across research, concept creation, product design, and tech-pack execution.Execute and refine designs with guidance from Senior Designers and the Design Manager.Deepen your understanding of materials, construction, and the TNF design DNA while building the skills to grow your career.Contribute to team reviews, workshops, and innovation sessions — bringing curiosity and creativity to every conversation.Stay inspired by the brand’s heritage of design innovation and its mission to equip every kind of explorer.What You Bring
We know every designer’s path is unique — and that’s what makes our team strong. For this role, here’s what will help you succeed:
1–3 years of experience in product design, industrial design, or a related field.A strong understanding of technical equipment — how it functions, performs, and is built.Knowledge of technical soft goods construction and materials.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.Solid sketching, concepting, and tech-pack creation skills.Attention to detail, collaborative and strong organizational habits.A positive, flexible mindset — and a genuine passion for learning and the outdoors.Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
3D design experienceFamiliarity with AI rendering tools.Basic pattern-making or prototype construction abilities.Experience in circular design and sustainable product creation.Why You’ll Love It Here

Hiring Range:
$60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
