What will you be doing?

Partnership: Assist with the compilation and analysis of trend, style, consumer and market intelligence between internal and external partners, and is utilized in the creation of product. Develop strong working relationship with Product development and Sales team to facilitate cross-functional work. Support: Support in the design process with building trend boards, sketching, inking, building ornament and pattern tech-packs. Support Creative Director with organization and communication of all prototype corrections; daily maintenance and history tracking in Miro. Lead: Organize and prepare for all sketch and proto review meetings. Bring together management’s visions to effectively capture the brand's essence.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

   Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field preferred    2+ years design experience in women’s footwear industry    Strong sketching skills, hand sketching preferred    Tech Pack creation    Ability to prioritize tasks, stay on deadline, with strong time-management skills.
