At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Join PwC’s fast-growing Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team within Deals Advisory, supporting corporate and private equity clients through M&A-driven operational and transformational challenges. Consultants help clients realize value across the deal lifecycle—from due diligence to integration and separation execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport transaction-focused projects including carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and rapid value creation.Conduct operational due diligence, data modeling, project planning, and business improvement.Own sub-sections of deal-related deliverables such as buy-side and sell-side documentation.Collaborate with international teams, especially in the U.S., and report findings in real time.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in Advisory, M&A, post-merger integration, or carve-out projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and within international teams.Fluent in English.Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.Understand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data ProtectionCorrect Information Security Management
