We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive AI Incident & Operations Engineer to manage and support AI/ML model deployments, Issue and Vulnerability Management on Azure AI Studio. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Python, Pyspark, SQL, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with incident management, monitoring tools like Datadog, API testing with Postman, and a solid understanding of Azure services, vulnerability management, and DevOps practices. This role also requires familiarity with Service Now, Rally, JIRA, RASCI models, and triaging processes.

1+ years of Experience Technical Skills:Solid experience with Azure AI Studio, Azure ML, and Azure DevOps Solid experience with Python, SQL, Pyspark Experience in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML models Experience with Postman for API testing and validation Hands-on experience with Azure Defender, vulnerability management, and security best practices Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, pipelines, and compute node configuration Understanding of workspace deployments and environment management in Azure Proficiency in Datadog for monitoring and alerting Operational Skills:
Experience in incident management, triaging, and on-call support Experience with ITIL or other incident management frameworks Proficiency in using Rally, Jira, Service Now for issue tracking and sprint planning Proven ability to interpret and apply RASCI matrices for role clarity Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
