We are looking for a customer-focused Associate Account Specialist to join our team in the Coral Gables area of Miami. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and problem-solving to help ensure their satisfaction and success. You’ll assist with claims, explain services and products, and resolve inquiries via phone and email. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding claims, billing inquiries, and service-related questions. + Assist customers with filing claims and provide clear, detailed explanations of products and services. + Analyze customer accounts and transactions to resolve concerns efficiently and accurately. + Adapt responses to suit a variety of customer situations and needs. + Collaborate with internal partners by transferring or referring cases as appropriate. + Maintain daily service level and quality targets. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to analyze and resolve complex billing or service issues. + Customer service experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in using email and phone systems for customer interaction. + High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
