Overview We are seeking a visionary and globally minded Associate Creative Director with over 10 years of experience in advertising and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is not only fluent in English (both written and verbal) but also equipped with a fluid, adaptable mindset to navigate a fast-evolving creative and technological landscape. You will lead the development of big ideas that transcend platforms and formats—blending craft, insight, and innovation. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire cross-functional creative teams in the development of integrated campaigns for global brands Craft bold, platform-agnostic ideas that resonate across touchpoints—from digital to ATL, social to experiential Collaborate directly with global clients and internal stakeholders to align creative direction with brand and business goals Harness AI and emerging technologies to elevate ideation, production, and execution Guide and mentor creative teams, nurturing a culture of experimentation, openness, and strategic imagination Present, pitch, and sell ideas with confidence, clarity, and impact Stay ahead of industry trends and apply relevant insights into everyday creative work Balance strong creative vision with hands-on executional ability Qualifications Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience in creative roles within global advertising agencies or brand environments Demonstrated expertise in leading big campaigns from concept through execution A strong portfolio showcasing work for global brands and cross-market campaigns Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential Proven ability to ideate across platforms and media vehicles, not confined by channel Hands-on experience using AI tools and creative technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation, smart content systems) A naturally curious, open-minded, and trend-sensitive thinker who embraces change Excellent presentation and storytelling skills—both visual and verbal Comfortable working in highly collaborative, multicultural environments Additional information What We Offer Opportunity to lead iconic global brands in one of the world’s most dynamic markets A creative culture that embraces innovation, experimentation, and human-centric ideas Access to cutting-edge tools and platforms shaping the future of advertising A global network of top talent across strategy, media, data, and production
