This role will be in our Plano, TX office Mon- Thursday, with Friday as a work from home day.

Role and Responsibilities

Create/lead agency partners to create bold creative content/campaigns that are culturally relevant, resonate with target audiences, are informed by data, and reach consumers in new and innovative waysDaily responsibilities include concepting and creative development of ATL and BTL materials. Reviewing marketing materials for Digital Display, OOH, TVC, Online Video, CRM, Social, Influencer and Events. Overseeing localization of global assets.Proactively track trends in marketing, culture, design, user experience, and social media.Take ownership of deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detailAbility to handle more than one assignment at a time across multiple products, and can adapt quickly to changing prioritiesCollaborate and sell in creative approach with cross-functional teams.Will have expert knowledge of all mobile devices along with their Product Toolkits and all Brand Guidelines.Provide and articulate creative direction to agency partners and SEA stakeholders.Support the vision of the Integrated Marketing Team to help fulfill short- and long-term goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 6+ years’ experience on a brand’s internal creative team, ad agency or similar experience in a brand creative studio.Deep experience in social, either in leading an organic presence for a brand, leading paid social, or leading agencies to deliver social first campaigns, extensions or digital experiences.Must be a creative and strategic thinker who is able to grasp the big picture, while simultaneously executing the finer detailsPortfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, design expertise and 360 campaigns that fulfilled the strategy/brief in a remarkable wayProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator Premiere and InDesign.Deep understanding and experience in animation and video production skillsFundamental understanding of best practices for all paid and organic mediaA team player that supports their coworkers and is always willing to help others Strong verbal and written communicationStrong organization and presentation skillsMust be able to multitask and keep pace – move at industry speedMust be flexible, self-motivated, resourceful, have a positive attitude and be open to changeWillingness to take direction and learn from othersCan think strategically, understands consumer behavior and cultural zeitgeistGeneral understanding of good copy writing and messaging hierarchyPartnering with project managers to meet deadlines and stay within scope

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

Work is generally performed in an office environment.Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds.Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress.Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas.Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule.Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.  Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.
