Duties include, but are not limited to: leading investigations; preparing confidential reports; acting as a liaison with concerned parties; legal research and analysis of rules,regulations, and legislation.Candidates should have knowledge of investigative and fact-finding techniques, preparing detailed confidential reports, the administrative rules of the NYS Unified Court System, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated experience handlingsensitive matters on a confidential basis.
