Amazon is seeking an associate paralegal to join the Corporate Legal team. Responsibilities include international entity formation/maintenance, ongoing subsidiary compliance matters, acquisition and restructuring projects, and liaising with external counsel and internal business and legal partners. Candidate must thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced environment and work autonomously to execute multiple time-sensitive projects.
