Associate Coordinator
Job Title: Associate, Storage and Organization TeamJob Description Join our dynamic Storage and Organization (S+O) team where you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining global product storage strategies. You will collaborate with client teams to optimize their spaces and product management, ensuring a seamless organizational process. Responsibilities + Lead and support S+O sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, helping client teams organize and manage their product samples and materials. + Act as an onsite partner, providing hands-on assistance, directing the support squad, and documenting post-session metrics. + Collaborate with S+O Organizational Product Managers to ensure seamless execution of strategies. + Participate in team and client meetings, trainings, and consultations. + Ensure quality control and client satisfaction during support sessions and interactions. + Become an expert in end-of-lifecycle processes and train clients and support team members. + Contribute to the development of new and existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Perform accurate data entry tasks and manage email communication. + Prepare for sessions and deliver organizational supplies to clients as needed. + Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite, requiring a physically active presence four days a week. The role involves standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Beaverton, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
