What You’ll Be Doing + End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders from consulting to align on hiring needs. + Talent Pipelining: Build and nurture a pool of top talent for current and future roles. + Employer Branding: Help amplify Aon’s employer brand to attract the best. + Data & Metrics: Keep recruitment data clean, updated, and insightful. + Interview Process Management: Handle complex interview setups, including assessments and multiple rounds. + Offer Negotiation: Support offer discussions and finalize employment terms. + Onboarding Support: Partner with HR & multiple POC's to ensure a seamless onboarding journey. + Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of hiring trends and competitor strategies.
