Role Intent
This is a research-driven, domain-focused headhunting role, not a CV-pushing or bulk-hiring profile. You will support Managing partner / Senior Consultants in BFSI, Treasury, Capital Markets, and Financial Services by executing search mandates, building talent intelligence, and maintaining clean, high-quality pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Delivery – 70%
Source, screen, and qualify candidates across BFSI and Financial Services. Use LinkedIn boolean/X-ray search, networking, and headhunting—beyond just job portals. Conduct structured screening to assess technical background, intent, stability, and compensation fit. Build organised shortlists and candidate summaries for Consultants and clients. Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate engagement throughout the funnel. Maintain accurate pipelines and data using CRM and trackers.2. Research, Intelligence & BD Support – 30%
Develop deep knowledge of assigned niches within BFSI/Treasury to support search strategy. Market Mapping: Create organisation charts, competitor lists, and talent pools for active and future mandates. Build data lists for BD campaigns: companies, decision-makers, talent clusters, compensation benchmarks. Contribute to search plans, pitch materials, research documents, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Engage in LinkedIn activity and social media outreach to attract and maintain candidate networks.3. Productivity & Process Discipline
Prioritise high-value sourcing and research activities daily. Maintain 100% data discipline: CRM updates, trackers, notes, and search progress documentation. Work towards self-driven performance goals with clear weekly and monthly output expectations. Follow Antal’s global standards, methodology, and best practices consistently.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline. Knowledge Financial/Treasury terms preferred but not mandatory. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or sales (agency, TA, or research roles). Strong command of English (written + spoken). Working Knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn research, and basic Excel. BFSI exposure is a plus, but research mindset and learning agility are mandatory.What You Gain at Antal
