Job Summary：
レッドハットコンサルティングチームでは東京をベースとしたアソシエートコンサルタントを募集しています。このポジションでは単なるコンサルタントではなく、お客様をリードして柔軟かつハイパフォーマンスなデリバリーをチームの一員としてオープンソースをベースとした卓越したスキルで、お客様のIT、ビジネス課題をお客様と共に解決していくお手伝いをいたします。
Primary Job Responsibilities
プロジェクトおよびクライアントチームのメンバーと協力してプロジェクトの締め切りと目標を達成すること。
トレーニングを通じ、お客様の技術・開発・戦略ニーズに応えられるサブジェクトマターエキスパート（SME）として従事。
課題の定義、システムアーキテクチャ設計、ソフトウェアデザイン・テストの実施及び支援を行います
お客様の要求変化への対応をタイムリーに実行。
Required Skills
2+ 年程度のテクノロジー分野での経験
例:コンサルティング、オペレーション、ヘルプデスクまたはサービスデスク、開発、関連のインターンシップもしくはクラス - 2年以上の Linux の経験。Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) または派生製品であれば尚可
オペレーティングシステムアーキテクチャーと、KVM などの仮想化および Docker などのコンテナー実装を含む概念の経験
Amazon Web Services や Microsoft Windows Azure などのパブリッククラウドテクノロジーおよびプロバイダーを使用した経験
口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーションスキルとプレゼンテーションスキル - 分散したチームとの作業経験
独自に調査し、短期間で学習でき、新しいアイデアを実践する能力
