As part of IQVIA’s industry-leading global Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions, the Health Technology Assessment & Health Economics (HTA/HE) team is a young, dynamic, and fast-growing group of Master’s- and PhD-level researchers and consultants. The team brings strong academic credentials and hands-on experience across a broad range of HTA/HE-related activities, such as economic modeling, value and evidence strategy and communication, value dossiers, network meta-analyses, and real-world studies based on patient surveys, chart reviews, and database analyses.
Working in close collaboration with local, regional, and global teams across the IQVIA organization, we continuously explore new research methodologies and innovative approaches to deliver high-quality HTA/HE, Pricing, and Market Access research. Our work supports robust product value propositions and enables evidence-based decision-making for our clients.

Essential Functions
• Develop and implement research related to the Health Economics, Outcomes Research & Real-World Evidence business areas (economic modelling, observational studies, systematic reviews & meta-analysis, value communication, pricing & market access strategy).
• Develop value-evidence strategies, product value dossiers, and value communications for clients.
• Design and conduct observational studies, including protocol development, methodology and statistical analysis plans, study reports, and manuscript preparation.
• Manage and support projects and client engagement, including participation in client and external meetings and presentation of research findings and analyses.
• Conduct research and prepare dossiers and reports to deliver strategic advice on pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
Qualifications
• Master's or PhD level in Health Policy, Pharmaco-economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy administration, data science or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HEOR/RWE within consulting, pharmaceutical, or academia. (The job level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.)
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical software such as R and SAS.
• Track record of publications in English peer-reviewed journals.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
