Associate Commercial Support Specialist

The Associate Commercial Support Specialist is a role that provides commercial support to the senior members of the commercial team. **Key Responsibilities** Support the sales process : + Engage with the sales team + Prepare the commercial parts of sales proposals + Provide input into the compilation of pricing models + Document key pricing assumptions and risks + Investigate and manage of the impacts of deal profitability including taxation and cost of living etc. + Evaluate the financing, leasing, and accounting impacts of deals Preparation of client contracts, variations, and finalization of those terms with the customer. Management and co-ordination of procurement activities required to support delivery of client contracts. Support with addressing contractual interpretation questions and commercial/contract disputes. **Knowledge and Attributes:** Proven business and commercial acumen coupled with an analytical mind. Developed influencing skills with lateral thinking ability. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexible and able to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy. Team player and a desire to learn. Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, and problem solving. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word). **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** Preferably a Bachelor's degree or in Legal, Business or Finance or a related field. **Required Experience:** Experience with some or all of the following: + Work within a commercial or similar field, preferably within an IT environment. + Demonstrated experience in deal structuring, pricing review, and modelling. + Experience working with vendors and/or suppliers. **Workplace type** **:** On-site Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
