Associate Clinician – Mobile Crisis Response | March Start – Sonoma County | 13-Week Contract We’re seeking compassionate and adaptable Associate Clinicians (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) to join Sonoma County’s inResponse Mobile Support Team. This is a unique field-based role supporting individuals in crisis directly within the community—ideal for clinicians who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a meaningful impact. Position Highlights Location: Santa Rosa, CA Setting: Mobile Crisis Response (field-based) Start Window: March 9, 2026 Contract Length: 13 weeks, strong extension potential Schedule Options: + Sun–Wed | 7am–5pm (Day Shift) + Wed–Sat | 9pm–7am (Night Shift) Hours: 40 hours/week Charting System: SmartCare Required Qualifications + Active California Associate Clinician license (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC) + Experience in crisis intervention or community mental health preferred + Strong communication, de-escalation, and clinical assessment skills + Ability to work effectively in unpredictable field settings What You’ll Do Join a two-clinician mobile unit responding to real-time behavioral health crises throughout the community. Responsibilities include: + Conducting on-scene assessments and providing supportive crisis intervention + Collaborating with county teams and community partners + Delivering trauma-informed, client-centered care + Documenting encounters in SmartCare + Responding in the field (no patient transport required) This role offers the chance to support vulnerable populations while growing your crisis-response expertise.
