We are looking for a dynamic and driven person to join our team as a Clinical & Sales Support Specialist in the orthopedics field.
**Objectives of the position**
• Soutien à la réalisation des objectifs de vente, exploitation efficace du potentiel et augmentation du chiffre d'affaires dans la zone de vente (Territory Planning/Monitoring)
• Introduction rapide et professionnelle de nouveaux produits sur le marché
• Etablissement et entretien de relations clients avec diverses parties prenantes (chirurgiens, personnel de salle d'opération, acheteurs et autres décideurs)
• Analyse de profils clients et élaboration de plans stratégiques et de plans d'action
• Coordination, organisation de formations clients, de démonstrations et d'ateliers en collaboration avec d'autres spécialistes
• Participation à des congrès/workshops
• Interlocuteur compétent et spécialisé dans les procédures orthopédiques
• Observation minutieuse du marché et de la concurrence
• Soutien dans la mise en place de solutions orientées « Value Based Healthcare »
• Votre environnement de travail est le bloc opératoire
**Qualifications**
• Jeune diplômé/e universitaire (Master)
• Des connaissances dans le domaine de la technologie médicale sont un atout
• Langue maternelle française, anglais un must, allemand un plus
• Manière de travailler autonome, proactive et structurée
• Personne passionnée par le domaine de la santé et animée d'un esprit d'entreprise
• Très forte orientation vers les clients, la qualité et les résultats
• Ouverture à la nouveauté et le digital, sens de la collaboration, esprit d'équipe et flexibilité
• Capacités de communication et force de persuasion
• Capacité à traiter des questions complexes et à se concentrer sur l'essentiel
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
