🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Clinical Project Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of clinical trial execution - managing timelines, budgets, and quality across regional or global studies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure every milestone is met with precision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in line with contracts and regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, local laws)Develop and implement integrated study management plans with core project teamsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholdersMonitor project performance, manage risks, and drive resolution of issuesEnsure financial success through accurate forecasting, budget control, and scope managementMentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborationRepresent IQVIA in bid defenses and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and solutions

✅ What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (required)Experience: minimum  5+ years in clinical research, including 2 + year in project management in AustraliaExpertise: Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areasSkills:Leadership and team managementStrategic thinking and problem-solvingExcellent communication and presentation skillsFinancial acumen and contract managementProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
