Key responsibilities

The role of an Associate is pivotal in ensuring that the organization's priorities are aligned, and its vision is effectively implemented.

This role involves closely partnering with the Head of DX Finance and the leadership team and spans from providing strategic counsel and leading high-profile projects to hands-on support in execution on content driven supporting activities.

The incumbent assists in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, transforming ideas into reality and monitoring the progress of efforts.

He / she collaborates across various levels of the organization to unite and orchestrate activities for the best business impact, overseeing daily operations in collaboration with leadership and other senior management to optimize organizational procedures for greater efficiency and productivity.

Additionally, the associate prepares regular operational and executive-level reports and presentations to inform the current state of the business

Confidence & team player – towards the direction of being mature & confident to act as a sparrings partner to the Head of DX FI and the leadership team and challenge them in a constructive way.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
