**What you’ll do:** This position will be based in Pune and will be in Global Shared service center of Supply Chain Management function. The principle role of the this position is to support Electrical Business in US region in the tactical procurement activities. This includes understanding materials purchased, negotiations with suppliers and the ongoing management of supplier relationships. This is a single site role with assignment to remote plant location. This position require the incumbent to work in US/UK- 12PM-9PM / 3PM-12AM "• Proficient knowledge on SCM functions. • Working closely wiht plant managers on MM assesments and plant audits. • Manage end to end buying role with effecient performance towards Plant Hi5 Goals. • Validate Third party PO and ensure smooth delivery to end customer. • Review and execute MRP Exceptions through kinaxis. • Maintain ERP heath check by reviewing MM parameters. • Identify oppurtunity of deviating parts from blocked stock. • Work with vendors in setting up VMI through min/max parameters • Maintain the inventory level as per plant Hi5 Metrics ( Forecast vs Actuals) • Timely execution and review of forecast with supplier. • Review blocked stock and intiate returns through DMR management • Day to day communication with various stakeholders like Site Buyers, Suppliers on the timely actions and resolutions. • Working Knowledge of ERP; • Resolve DC & warehouse putaway issues. • Timely resolution of invoice according to set payment terms. • Identify projects pertaining to process excellence maturity " **Qualifications:** BE Mechinical/Electrical & Instrumentation & MBA - SCM / Mtech 0-6 years of expereince **Skills:** Any ERP Strong Communication & Decision Management, Core Negotiation Skills,
