Essential duties and responsibilitiesProvide our guests with unparalleled hospitality, from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite mannerCoordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requestsHost and welcome all guests in a natural and spontaneous manner to make our guests feel welcome whilst they spend their time with usUpdate the guest preference, feedback and comments on to the guest profile sectionFully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel, create renowned memorable experiences for our guests
RequirementsMinimum 1 year relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel in similar capacity or in Guest Relations serviceExperience with the Opera system is an advantageCommit and passionate in delivering personalized guest service, anticipatory with a keen eye for detailHigh standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and maintain guest relationshipsExcellent command of spoken Korean and English are a must. Cantonese and Mandarin are highly preferred. Any additional languages will be valuable
