You will create original work products and establish relationships within client organizations, contributing to the definition of engagement scope and outputs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Process Solutions: Create and analyze data related to business processes, applying your knowledge of automation tools, assessment frameworks, and best practices within the back office. • Develop Automation Business Cases: Generate solutions, challenge existing procedures, and develop automation data collection guides and templates to support client engagements. • Collaborate with Clients: Establish relationships within client organizations, presenting findings and recommendations to drive business transformation. • Apply Methodologies: Utilize consulting methodologies, including IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage platform, to deliver high-quality solutions and support client needs. • Analyze Automation Opportunities: Conduct automation opportunity assessments, applying your skills in process modeling to identify areas for improvement. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Exposure to Consulting Methodologies: Familiarity with key consulting methodologies, including IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage platform, consisting of Methodx, assets, and assistants. • Process Automation Knowledge: Understanding of automation tools, assessment frameworks, and best practices within the back office, with experience in process modeling and creating automation business cases. • Automation Opportunity Assessment: Experience with conducting automation opportunity assessments, with a track record of completing at least three assessments. • Data Collection and Analysis: Exposure to developing automation data collection guides and templates, with the ability to analyze data related to business processes. • Back Office Operations Experience: 1st and 2nd line management experience within back office operations, with an understanding of the operational environment. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • GenAI Knowledge: Exposure to GenAI technology, with an understanding of its applications in process automation. • Process Mining Skills: Familiarity with process mining tools and techniques, with the ability to apply them in business process analysis. • Engagement Support Tools: Experience working with engagement support tools, with knowledge of their role in supporting client engagements.
