BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
A Business Systems Analyst on the Fraud Protection Team, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems to prevent, detect and manage fraud within the organization. You will gain knowledge of business systems and industry requirements and will help design and develop new systems or new ways to use existing systems to accomplish business objectives.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Run routine reports and dashboards on fraud KPIs and flag anomaliesWrite and maintain basic SQL queries and Excel analyses to support investigations and rule tuningAssist with root cause analysis on incidents, document findings and recommended fixesHelp test rule changes and tool updates (UAT), track issues, and follow up to resolutionPrepare clear summaries for stakeholders (weekly updates, incident recaps)Maintain data quality: validate report inputs, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and escalate data issues to improve accuracy and reliability of fraud reportingOn a given day you’ll be conducting feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions to business problems.
