Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2–4 years in financial analysis or business operations - experience preparing monthly reports, cost allocations, forecasting, budgeting and variance - hands on experience with Excel and Power point Experience in tech or financial services Strong analytical and communication skills Familiarity with vendor management systems or procurement tools Exposure to project management or portfolio governance Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive process improvements
