Associate Business Manager
**DESCRIPTION** This Associate Business Manager (ABM) would be responsible for orchestrating retail execution strategies in collaboration with Kroger, internal teams, and external partners. This role ensures timely objective submissions, accurate data validation, technical support, and effective execution that drives performance and client success. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategic Retail Coordination** + Meet with Kroger Business Managers monthly to align on upcoming retail execution needs and timelines. + Collaborate with internal teams to collect and prepare all necessary data and documentation for CSL submission. **CSL Submission Oversight** + Become fully trained and credentialed for the CSL submission process. + Ensure that submissions meet all procedural and accuracy standards. + Act as the primary facilitator for submitting retail objectives, working with the designated Client Solutions Lead (CSL) assigned to each client. **Objective Validation & System Integration** + Own the validation process to confirm objectives are accurately built into the 360 platform and related service orders. + Partner with the 360 Ops team to proactively address data or system issues prior to execution start dates. **Technical Support & Issue Resolution** + Assist with troubleshooting Fresh Tech device issues in the field to ensure optimal functionality. + Work directly with the 360 Ops team to diagnose and mitigate hardware/software problems impacting retail execution. **Retail Data Monitoring** + Ensure that execution results are flowing correctly into BI systems, and work with BI team to promptly resolve any discrepancies. + Track retail outcomes and manage exception reporting to the premium retail team for issue resolution with field operations. **Performance Analytics & Insights** + Create and manage Post Promotion Analyses (PPAs) to demonstrate the value of retail execution and its impact on downstream upselling. + Oversee and refine the DMC process to enhance campaign optimization. **Client & Distribution Management** + Partner with business managers to uphold distribution accuracy across all client accounts (DMC process). **Company Hybrid Policy** + Candidates who live **within 35 miles** of the office are expected to work **on-site 3 days per week(Tuesday Through Thursday)** . + Those who live **within 70 miles** are expected to work **on-site one week per month** . **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** + High School Diploma/GED + Bachelor’s Degree or Experience + At least one year of marketing, sales, or sales support. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Sales skills to include understanding the sales process, contract paperwork, and client promotion systems. + Presentation skills to include preparation, delivery, and handling questions. + Negotiation skills to include strategy development and tactical technique. + Marketing/Analytical skills to include accessing and interpreting IRI/AC Nielson data, post-promotion analysis, and category management. + Finance skills to include ability to create profit and volume strategies and understand financial statements. + Logistics skills to include knowledge of order processing, inventory tracking, client and customer distribution methods. **Physical** + Seeing + Color Perception We value innovative thinking and encourage you to contribute your unique perspective to drive business success.
