The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging communication between the client, local stakeholders, and the international team—especially with NTT DATA Italy. Strong English communication skills are essential **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for FMCG business processes + Work closely with clients to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions + Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team + Collaborate with the NTT DATA Italy team and facilitate cross-country communication + Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare related documentation + Support project implementation and post-go-live activities + Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and status updates **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields + 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (FMCG industry experience is a plus) + Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) + Experience with documentation tools and business analysis frameworks + Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cultures and time zones + Candidates must have hands-on experience with SQL. **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
