**The Role**
+ Support a book of business by performing day to day client service tasks
+ Responsibility for creation and design of renewal strategy documents for client presentations focusing on the design, marketing and placement of cyber insurance programs
+ Analysis and reporting on the risk profiles of client’s unique finance, regulatory, and legal exposures
+ Facilitate communication between broker teams and underwriters during client renewal cycles
+ Provide support for new business opportunities including expanding relationships with current clients, participating in the preparation and response for Requests for Proposals, and general prospecting support
+ Support, present and further develop AAIS cyber analytical tools
+ Participate and lead client meetings including Renewal Strategy Presentations, Underwriter Meetings, Renewal Update Conference Calls and Post-Renewal Reviews
+ Develop relationships with Producers, Client Advocates and Client Relationship Directors within the geographic region
+ Be proficient in Willis Towers Watson compliance and best practices
+ Regularly utilize Willis Towers Watson tools and resources
+ Prepares draft proposals, submissions and quotes
+ Follows up with insurance carriers and underwriters regarding the status of quotes and provides any additional information or rates as necessary
+ Maintains business relationships with producers and underwriters
+ Maintains knowledge of insurance carriers and their business practices
+ Responsibly represent Willis Towers Watson as a colleague within the AAIS cyber Practice
**Qualifications**
**The Requirements**
+ 1-3 Years of Professional Experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
+ Understanding of Finance and Accounting
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines
+ Intellectual curiosity to learn and become proficient in AAIS insurance products
+ Ability to work productively and collaboratively in a team setting
+ Solid presentation skills – written and oral
+ Demonstrates knowledge of core insurance principles & provide explanation to clients
+ Ability to conduct research
+ Understanding of required placement workflows
+ Ability to deal with difficult client situations
+ Demonstrates knowledge of insurance structures
+ Insurance Broker’s P&C License Preferred
