Job PurposeWe are seeking an Associate Brand Manager with a focus on retailer marketing to help plan and activate our brand plans. You will be the lead for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to drive consumer engagement and business growth within the retail and ecomm environment. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Create, execute and report on our exciting shopper marketing plans and deliver best in class shopper marketing both online and instore.Seek opportunities within our customers spaces that activate the brand and ultimately drive household penetration. Act as a brand champion, working with the US Brand Manager and the global marketing team to develop and deploy annual brand plans.Collaborate with the US Brand Manager and global marketing team to implement a cohesive approach for key marketing initiatives that will drive results inour customers that ladders up to the brand’s overall strategy.Work closely with Commercial Sales Team on account specific strategies, presentations and the implementation of omni activity. Build engaging relationships with customers omni teams, seeking to break the norms in the bakery category.Embrace the consumer, collaborating with internal insights and category teams to uncover and analyze consumer insights to drive brand growth.Responsible for asset creation and delivery, briefing in our agency partners in a timely manner.All round support to the US Brand Manager that includes Trade Show, influencer and sample management.Budget management - be a sharp operator with a founder's mentality to manage brand budgets efficiently, not accepting waste and unnecessary spending. Person SpecificationMinimum 3 years’ Shopper/Omni Marketing experience ideally working across IRI, 8451, Luminate and other relevant platforms. Bachelor’s degree in marketing degree preferred; A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.Working knowledge of marketing plan development and execution.Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office, Teams, Shared Files etcExcellent verbal, interpersonal skills and communicator; the ability the convey compelling selling stories and strategies to the sales and marketing teams. A keen eye for detail, a multi-tasker. A team player with ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solvingWillingness to travel throughout the year for trade shows, meetings and events.
