Your Role

The Associate Brand Manager, Travel Retail will collaborate closely with the Visual, Merchant, and Planning teams within Victoria’s Secret International, across Beauty, Apparel, and Lingerie categories for the Travel Retail business. Associate Brand Manager will support leadership in developing, implementing and managing annual strategic, innovation and operating plans across the brand portfolio, for Travel Retail. Specific focus on partner tools and internal tools, supporting key milestones/meetings, and acting as a brand representative at a global scale through analysis, presentation, and clear communication

Your Impact

MERCHANDISING/MARKETING

Maintain and communicate Travel Retail Product Strategy Calendar

Ownership of the GWP assortment, strategy and execution; partner with Director on GWP budget, allocation & distortion, based on performance & regional feedback

Partner with Director, DM’s & Commercial Sr Analyst in reading performance, determining assortment needs and creating product briefs

Support all sub-categories throughout the entire product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to bring the product to life (planning, visual/marketing, store ops)

Support creation and execution of Military product strategy and Marketing plan

Collaborate with leadership on Merchandising tests, partner with all cross-functional teams to facilitate and execute

Analyze global competitive landscape and bring unique ideas to Travel Retail leadership

FINANCIAL

Support ad-hoc analysis to inform assortment and monthly financial meetings (weekly reporting, MMM, hindsight, etc.)

Improve weekly MSI reporting by building automated Travel Retail reports

 

PARTNER SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION

Support and collaborate with Director on seasonal cascades; participate in creation of presentation, video of presentation, presenting in regional forums and sharing all final tools

Manage relationship for our Military business in collaboration with Director

Produce and maintain seasonal SKU offering and markdown lists

Liaise with Commercial Sr Analyst on master SKU list inquiries and updates to ensure accuracy and alignment

Source and ship seasonal buyer samples to key partners

Manage SAP uploads

Support creation of materials for selling in product launches to TR (assortment review/webinar, brand strategy, etc.)

 

OTHER

Support small, medium and large-scale special projects such as: grand openings, unique marketing requests, trade conference product/gratis and meeting needs, etc.

Work to find efficiencies in partner buying tools and communication of assortment updates

Minimum Salary: $74,500.00
Maximum Salary: $99,750.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Merchandising, Planning, or related businessHighly proficient in MS applications, specifically Excel and Powerpoint; working knowledge of SAP desirableSolid analytical skills with an understanding of retail mathStrong communication and interpersonal/people skills; ability to establish trusted partnerships and liaison across various levels of management and cross-functional partnersAbility to recognize opportunities and quickly turn them into recommendationsAbility to work cross-culturally and build strong relationshipsExperience in International a plusFluency in English required; additional languages is a plus
