We are seeking an Associate BioServices Project Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories in Remote (U.S.).

As an Associate BioServices Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, ensuring exceptional service and scientific integrity throughout the lifecycle of bioanalytical projects.
What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing bioanalytical projects from method development through sample analysis and reporting.Serving as Principal Investigator for GLP studies and collaborating with QA and Technical Writing to meet timelines.Communicating daily with clients to provide project updates and resolve sample discrepancies.Monitoring project progress and escalating delays to management as needed.Reviewing validation and bioanalytical reports for completeness and regulatory compliance.Leading investigations into failed runs and coordinating method troubleshooting.Supporting business development by preparing quotes and participating in client visits.Ensuring proper archiving of project documentation in accordance with SOPs.What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a GLP laboratory environment.Experience with sample extraction and routine laboratory procedures.Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.The knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this role:
Strong understanding of liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, and/or immunoassay techniques.Familiarity with method development, validation, and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet project objectives and timelines.What we offer you:

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $154,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
