Associate Biomedical Engineer
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (completed).

0–2 years’ experience in healthcare or medical device/pharmaceutical industry involving safety or clinical data evaluation.

High level of computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP, Siebel, Oracle Clinical).

Preferred Skills

Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering.

Medical device industry experience.

Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

Review and document incoming medical device complaint information with complete, accurate case files.

Evaluate complaints for FDA Medical Device Reporting (MDR) requirements and execute reportability decisions per procedure and timelines.

Obtain additional information from field personnel, customers, or service teams to close data gaps.

Maintain complaint records in quality systems (e.g., SAP/Siebel) and ensure data integrity for audits and inspections.

Route cases for medical/technical review, escalate potential adverse trends, and support CAPA inputs as needed.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
