Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Oklahoma City teams are looking for an Associate Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our AWACS Airplane Integration Office (AIO) team. The candidate will be a member of dynamic a team supporting AWACS Program Chief Engineer Office in Oklahoma City.

Position Responsibilities:

Enable success of AWACS Program Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer(s) with various technical support activities.Researches, analyzes, and compiles technical and non-technical data of company products, system-level concepts and System Engineering Capability initiativesLeads project execution and Identifies performance metricsAttention to detail for the creation of deliverables, meeting minutes, wiki pages, process documentation and team instructionsDefines and/or reviews risk mitigation and opportunity plans Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, customers and suppliers; works under general supervision.Assist with the communication and implementation of Program Integration initiativesApplies systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of basic system of systems, systems and new product developmentAssists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years’ experience performing data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables and Chart making), PowerPoint, Access and Database tools etc.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


• Ability and desire to learn new tools for engineering use

• Active security clearance
• Aerospace Experience
• 2+ years’ experience with Systems Engineering principles and design reviews
• Experience with Test Engineering
• Experience with Database tools and database report generation
• Experience with Earn Value Management, Scheduling tools, budgets, and Risk Management
• Experience with AGILE and Scrum Methodologies

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $68,850 – $93,150
