Associate Attorney
Job Description We are seeking Associate Attorneys to join a well-established law firm in Mount Pleasant, SC. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a collaborative environment and the chance to work alongside experienced partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional legal services. Key Responsibilities: • Represent clients in matters related to workers’ compensation, personal injury, and medical law. • Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies. • Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements. • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality client service. This is a direct (perm) hire opportunity paying between $80,000 and $110,000 and requires ability to work on site in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements • Experience: 1–5+ years as an attorney (open to candidates who recently passed the bar). • Licensure: Must have passed the bar and be licensed to practice in South Carolina. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must work on-site 5 days per week in Mount Pleasant, SC. • Experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, or medical law. • A willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
