What this job involves
As an associate/ director in the Landlord Leasing & Advisory team, you will be responsible for advising our landlord-clients throughout office leasing campaigns and office development cycle. You will work in a diverse and dynamic environment, working closely with our clients and internal teams. Therefore, specific office experience is considered essential for this role.
- lead delivery of key KSA leasing and advisory projects
- Advise landlords on optimum marketing and leasing strategies to ensure successful leasing campaigns
- Execute successful leasing campaigns including engaging closely with leasing agents across the KSA market
- To advise, with input from other JLL departments, on leasing and development of offices schemes in Saudi Arabia.
- Our advice could cover occupier attraction, market positioning, design & amenities input, ideal delivery schemes and leasing & marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with team members to secure
- Input and adopt internal databases

Previous background in office leasing in general - 3+ years’ experience preferred.Relevant degree in real estate / finance / business.Excellent report writing skills in MS Word.Ability to prepare professional Power Point presentations.Excellent understanding of MS Excel and Word.Excellent Corporate English written communication.Must be Riyadh based.Knowledge of the local KSA corporate leasing market is preferred but not essential.Good administrative and IT skills.Good numeracy and analytical skillsStrong customer relations skills and ability to work and integrate in a busy team.Strong communication abilitiesFluent English and Arabic spoken and written.Other Competencies
