Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Asset Manager to support the performance and maintenance of assets and services across our extensive network of athletic club facilities. The individual in this role will be responsible for owning asset data collection and standardization, operational execution across vendor partners and internal facility teams, and identifying opportunities for improvement in performance and financial outcomes in repair, maintenance, and project execution.

Plumbing Equipment:

In this role, you will be a critical executor for Pluming asset categories across all Life Time Athletic Clubs and other managed facilities. Driving the portfolio of major plumbing assets (boilers, heat exchangers, water heaters) you will drive simplification of planned program delivery, cost reductions through asset data intelligence and vendor strategies, and an overall improvement to our club member experience by keeping assets available, online, and at-brand. You will support cross-team initiatives leveraging project management tools (Smartsheet), work order management systems (ServiceChannel), and maintaining field-facing resources and communication routines.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Maintain asset inventory including specifications, installation dates, and maintenance history to inform capital planning and repair/replace decision-making.Maintain digital and physical records for asset condition, inspections, audits, and permitting, physical asset tagging, and other relevant data.Support scheduling of preventive and planned maintenance and responding to corrective and emergency repairs, leveraging internal resources and third-party vendors.Support budgeting for repairs and capital improvements, and drive accountability of annual capital program execution with partners across Life Time.Use data and reporting to identify trends, seek and analyze root causes, and recommend problem resolution or course correction.Partner with Procurement to improve pricing, service, and delivery through RFPs, sourcing events, catalog development and improvement, and lifecycle contract management.Ensure all assets comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Minimum Required Qualifications   

Strong project management skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.Able to use data for trend detection, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.Effective verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.Ability to influence others and support change management initiatives.Passion for emerging technologies, a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Education:

Four-year degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc) or Facilities Management, or equivalent experience.

Years of Experience:

0-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or general business

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of best-practices in facilities management, construction, sourcing and procurement, and 3rd party vendor managementFamiliarity with ServiceChannel (or similar facilities management software), reporting tools like DOMO & Smartsheet, and construction management tools (Procore).Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of scheduling and executing maintenance to prevent equipment failures.Capital Planning: Experience in budgeting for long-term facility improvements and asset replacements.Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of laws and regulations affecting facility operations.Sustainability Initiatives: Implementing practices that promote environmental responsibility.

PayThis is a salaried position starting at $64,000.00 and pays up to $88,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
