We are looking for an Associate Area Commerce Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the activation of regional commerce marketing programs across both physical and digital channels, making it easier for consumers to find, buy, and enjoy our brands. You will partner closely with area sales and commerce marketing teams to tailor brand strategies to meet local market needs. Identifying growth opportunities and executing programs that drive shopper engagement will be key aspects of your job. You will own the iterative test, measure, learn, and scale process for activations, ensuring our strategies are effective and impactful. Collaboration with the Brand and Commerce marketing team through the business cycle and Agile Process is crucial to ensure we are driving prioritized activities. Your role will involve executing regional programs at the point of purchase, leading agency work, and ensuring timely delivery of on-equity assets. You will adapt national programs to meet regional needs, support the development of action plans for commerce growth, and provide feedback on brand plans from a regional perspective. Managing full execution from brief to deliverables, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging centralized commerce tools will be part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Need + Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of years of communications, finance, marketing, sales or CPG shopper marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo or distributor marketing or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. + Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving.
