**ITALIEN Speaker - Junior Full Stack Developer** **Business Unit:** R&D ADP, the global leader in payroll services and outsourced HR process management, is looking for a skilled Full stack Developer. **Mission** Within the R&D department, as a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for conducting studies, developments, and testing as part of ADP projects. You will contribute to the full scope of product development. You will work closely with analysts in charge of functional and technical specifications to implement developments in line with ADP R&D processes. Your responsibilities include developing various product modules, testing programs and user interfaces to ensure proper functioning, and complying with R&D development standards (coding guidelines, internal frameworks, security, source management processes, and documentation). **Qualifications** + Backend _:_ 1. Core Java & Frameworks Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 11 or higher) AND Deep understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security) Hibernate/JPA RESTful APIs and Microservices Memory management and performance optimization Message queuing systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) 1. Database, Development Tools & Practices SQL/NoSQL databases Git, Maven/Gradle CI/CD pipelines Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) 1. Cloud & Infrastructure Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Message queuing (Kafka/RabbitMQ) Application monitoring and logging + Frontend _:_ 1. Angular 2. StencilJS 3. HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, TypeScript 4.
