And our Pricing & Revenue Management team is providing fuel for that journey by ensuring that we maximize our ticket revenue on every single flight across our network – both domestically and internationally – while giving our customers various product offerings for their travel. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team works hard to ensure we are selling the right number of tickets at the right price to optimize our revenue and run a profitable airline.

Key Responsibilities:

Associate Analysts / Analysts are placed into either Pricing or Revenue Management. Pricing defines price points based off customer’s willingness to pay and the competition. Revenue Management forecasts customer demand and sets overbooking levels.

Analyze trends in bookings, revenue and market dynamicsAssess demand patterns and competitive landscapeSegment customers based on market conditionsDevelop fare structure/demand forecast to optimize revenuePlan seasonal strategy for holidays and peak travel periodsCommunicate department strategy, working with other collaborators

First Year Expectations:

Onboarded as part of a class of new hiresPaired with peer mentor throughout training6+ weeks of training with department leaders; graduate to market managementShadow PRM peers in cross functional teams (RM vs Pricing) and meet Commercial division peers (Network Planning, Sales, Marketing)Department DEI Mentorship programs and listening sessions offeredParticipate in community service and social events

Please note: This position may be hired at the Associate Analyst level or the Analyst level, depending on candidate background, skill level and experience.

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

Bachelor's DegreeGraduating December 2025 or Spring 2026Track record of outstanding analytical and problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with othersAbility to apply quantitative skills and business sense to airline industryMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
The base pay range for this role is $52,725.00 to $68,632.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
