Associate Analyst - Consumer Sciences
**Description** Service consumer testing needs of Research and Development and/or Brands as it relates to study execution, data checking, data analysis, aspects of project management including the purchase order process, as well as additional ad hoc requests. Assist manager in the design, execution and analysis of research projects and independently manage aspects of projects. Responsibilites: + Successfully complete the below responsibilities with input and oversight from manager, relating to all aspects of consumer product testing with full accountability. Responsibilities have direct impact on launch of calendarized projects. Actively display strong problem-solving abilities, learning agility, solid collaboration skills, strong prioritization skills, and creativity as it relates to process. + Support manager in the management of all aspects of consumer product testing/claims testing both domestically and internationally. Handle aspects of projects during the project life cycle with input from director/manager. + Responsible for assisting in the development of protocols and project screeners/questionnaires, overseeing vendor recruitment and fieldwork, checking questionnaire programming and data sets, inputting in analysis, helping to create written report/presentation that provide insights and recommendations. + When necessary, assist in the management and execution of qualitative research to obtain more in-depth understanding of consumer beliefs/opinions/attitudes/behaviors as it relates to the specific research objective. + Involved with communications/discussions relating to study research needs/setup/status/study results. Partner with key internal groups, including Clinical testing, R&D, Packaging, PD, and Legal to ensure research is focused and objectives are understood, met, and communicated. + Manage purchase order process for team inclusive of PO requests, coordinating with Accounts Payable to trouble shoot issues, and ensuring goods receipts are recorded in a timely manner. Work with Portfolio team on end of year financials and accruals. **Qualifications** + BS/BA in relevant field (i.e. Sensory Science, Psychology, Behavioral Science, etc) + 1 year of market research experience a plus. Cosmetic industry experience a plus. + Other necessary skills: strong technical and interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, team player, excellent written and oral skills, attention to detail, and computer proficient.
