**Relevant Skills:** + 0-3 years of experience in performing business or system analysis.  + Bachelor, Master, or MBA degree preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Supply Chain   + Utilize and manage Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) systems to drive efficient transportation and trade activities. + Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into technical requirements.   + Fundamental understanding of SQL and PL/SQL and relational databases.   + Experience or understanding of object-oriented programming.   + Knowledge of Oracle Inventory or other supply chain modules will be preferred. + Ability to work and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams. + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. + Experience and or knowledge of Agile Methodology is a big plus. + Good presentation and communication skills. + Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated. + Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas. + To be a good active listener and communicator + Proficiency in utilizing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) for logistics and trade compliance operations.
