**How you’ll make an impact:**
+ Create and update web pages according to designs approved by business stakeholders and Regulatory.
+ Perform QA reviews on web pages and weekly code releases to ensure they meet Edwards quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), functionality, and brand standards.
+ Validate content updates, new features, and design changes to ensure they function as expected across devices and browsers.
+ Experience with Adobe Marketing tools, including Adobe Engage, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Adobe Launch.
+ Ability to support email campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and performance validation within enterprise marketing platforms.
+ Provide clear and regular communication to end users and team members on issues, requests, and project status updates.
+ Maintain awareness of emerging digital, web, and AI‑driven technologies to improve team processes and output.
+ Work with diverse teams across time zones, ensuring coordinated delivery and timely follow‑ups.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**What you'll need (Required):**
+ Bachelor's Degree in in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ At least 1 year of experience in an application support, business analysis, or related IT role.
+ Understanding of tag management concepts, event tracking, and basic analytics implementation workflows.
