Associate Administrative Assistant
Overview The Associate Administrative Assistant will work alongside sales and delivery team, performing functions including technology support, donation internal/ external request, and perform reporting functions. Responsibilities Ensure all donated products and free goods are processed, executed, and reconciled each period in accordance with company policy. Oversee and maintain corporate mobile devices for both sales and delivery teams. Provide support for safety-related matters, including Job Hurt incidents and Workers’ Compensation processes. Communicate proactively and effectively with Sales and Delivery leadership. Perform general administrative tasks, including generating reports, copying, filing, faxing, and related duties. Demonstrate strong self-motivation, initiative, and accountability. Successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), and Outlook including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and presentations for review Ability to prioritize work and multi-task with a strong sense of urgency Commitment to excellence in customer service; ability to work with minimal supervision and feel comfortable making decisions with little managerial input Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills including sensitivity with confidential information Proficient written and oral communications skills and the demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate oral and written messages consistent with company policy to both internal and external audiences, using appropriate tone, grammar, and word usage.
