Overview This position contributes to the success of PBNA by ensuring proper cashiering and settlement for all GEO routes is performed daily as well as maintaining the location's UDM case disputes and AR short pays. Responsibilities Cashiering and settlement of all GEO routes daily Maintain and balance the safe weekly Make accurate deposits to US Bank daily Maintain an accurate and balance cashier, deposit, insufficient funds, misc. deposit, over/short and customer overpayment log on a weekly/period basis Perform Period and Quarter balance reports for all logs Review, Research, and Respond to customer dispute cases Responsible for employee sales bi-weekly orders Maintain and report to GM daily POD exceptions report Review and Research AR short pays Attend Drivers Meeting on a Quarterly basis Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in person, online or by telephone Comply with document retention records policy and data classification policies as it relates to settlement Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned to include coverage for Peers Provide assistance for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition opportunities Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
