Associate Administrative Assistant
Overview The right candidate is a people-friendly, strong work ethic, flexible, organized and teachable person. Responsibilities Greet Client and/or Vendors Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner Open, sort, and distribute mail and packages General administrative support: Reporting, copying, filing, faxing, display board maintenance, mail, supplies etc. Conference room management Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization for payment. Safety and Security Support as needed. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing account information and communicate anomalies. Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions accurately and timely. Verifies accounts/reports by reconciling statements/documents and transactions. Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments if warranted, payments, or adjustments. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Cashier back -up and support Location support which includes but is not limited to uniform ordering, supply ordering and management support Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Bookkeeping and/or banking experience preferred Must be proficient in data entry with knowledge of current computer software programs, especially Excel. Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be willing to work in a team environment and have a positive work ethic.
