Responsibilities Collecting data from internal/external contacts, formatting the information into spreadsheets, and coordinating monthly reports within tight timeframes Support Area Sales Manager as needed with reporting, scheduling, completing expense reports Support Location Managers with miscellaneous ad hoc requests Work with complex and confidential documents or reports Facilitate New Hire on-boarding & orientation DOT Support Serve as liaison for all frontline location job requisitions Creating PowerPoint presentations: Sales Presentations, Project planning support Typing of letters, memos, flyers Coordination and tracking of special events for location General office functions, such as telephone coverage, faxing, filing and distribution of mail Process daily cashiering of delivered routes in SAP, which includes remotely depositing scanned checks and compiling a physical deposit for cash and coin. Complete daily cashiering documentation, which includes running reports, maintain a log of cashiering activity, and retaining appropriate documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for armored car service, which includes preparing physical deposits and maintaining accurate log of armored car service activity. Maintain security of cash room, which includes facilitating safe combination changes as needed. Works with centralized accounts receivable department with necessary to resolve cashiering and/ or customer issues. Provides backfill relief to other locations, Administrative Assistants, and/or Market as needed. Respond to email and phone communication in a timely manner. Warehouse AP support Set up phones for new hires, maintain accurate records of each, and update in database Occasional light travel to other locations may be required Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
