Collects and compiles financial information to assist in preparation of accurate, timely financial reports and accounting statements for senior management.
May assist with basic accounting system maintenance.
Provides records of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.
Assists in preparation of basic accounting statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and/or other reports for assigned areas and/or groups.
Assists in entering and maintaining account entries, receipts, disbursement reports, and/or tax returns.
Ensures accuracy and compliance with all accounting regulations.
Completes assigned ledger entries and other financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
