Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Client Services, this role serves as the Lead Administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) and supports the day to day delivery of selected projects and programs, providing high quality financial and project coordination, documentation and tracking to enable the team to deliver high quality deliverables according to timelines and budget. Key responsibilities include:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Serve as the Lead LMS Administrator for IQVIA Medical Communications (IMC) for multiple LMS’s; creating new domains (portals) in support of training initiatives for IQVIA Medical Communications, IQVIA partners, and external clients.Monitor the Site Training Portal Support inbox and respond to inquiries and requests from domain usersLiaise with Thinking Cap LMS vendor team to troubleshoot, stay abreast of system updates, and maintain awareness of annual license agreement detailsGood Clinical Practice (GCP) Training
Serve as the GCP Liaison for IQVIA Medical CommunicationsStay up to date on IMC’s GCP training offeringsFacilitate delivery of GCP training modules via IQVIA Investigator Portals (Drug Dev) on awarded studiesServe on project teams when updates are required to IMC’s training deliverablesUpload new modules to ThinkingCap and oversee the process for submitting modules to Learning Edge for uploadField questions from learners and generate reports for managersGrowth
Contribute to the financial performance of allocated projects / programs and drive profitable delivery through accurate financial management. Support accurate scoping of projects, development of high quality budget and identification and development of project change notices / change orders•Support accurate invoicing and thorough project close outDevelop reports to inform, and participate in regular review of, project financial healthMaintain an active interest in our Account Growth Plans and upskill where required to enable understanding and participationWhere appropriate, contribute to strategic pricing initiatives as required to ensure inclusion of IMC services within IQVIA pricing toolsClient relationships and business development
Support trusted and effective relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for project delivery discussions as appropriateSupport preparation for and participate in client project status discussions, including preparing meeting agendas, coordinating speakers, arranging calls and distributing high quality reportsWhere appropriate, support communications with clients around budgets, project change notices and reconciliationsAs required, support the development of proposals and sales / bid defence presentations, presenting appropriate elements if appropriate. Take responsibility for growing your skills in this area to enhance your participation over timeAs required, support activities to protect inclusion of IMC services into study proposals, budgets and contractsTake responsibility for your development in building understanding of the relevant therapeutic landscape pertaining to client accounts, and develop subject matter expertise in identified service areas relevant to the Practice AreasQuality
Support project and program teams to develop and deliver high quality activities that are delivered with excellence, on time and on budget, ensuring strong client feedback and enabling organic growthCoordinate the operational aspects of projects and programs, ensuring that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices. Contribute as required to initiatives to deliver operational enhancementsContribute to the development of clear scopes of work for new projects and briefings to delivery teams to enable successful execution of the project to the brief, timelines and budgetSupport the creation, tracking and reporting of project timelines, ensuring regular updates and working with teams to update as the project evolvesSupport identification of, and suggest resolutions to, delivery challenges across the team, working with senior team members to support solutionsDevelop a detailed understanding of IMC financial processes, supporting accurate, documented financial management of our projects and programsSupport the development of project budgets and requesting and tracking of invoicesSupport the production of status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior managementContribute to achieving customer satisfaction for account(s), identifying areas for improvement and ensuring action to addressInternal collaboration
Coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organisationMeet with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to support the timely achievement of project milestonesContribute to problem solving and resolution efforts, taking responsibility for developing your skills in this areaPrepare and as appropriate, present project information at internal team meetingsPartner with appropriate team members to input into and implement process improvementsJob Qualifications
