Summary: Seeking an Associate Account Manager with a background in aviation and superior customer service skills.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 1-year aviation experience

Experience in relationship building and providing superior customer service

Exposure to aviation electrical and avionics systems

Private Pilots License, Airframe and Powerplant License, or similar certification in the aviation field

Preferred Skills:

Ability to manage client portals, purchase orders, and project deliverables

Sales support experience, particularly in prospecting new opportunities for products and services

Experience managing contract and project activities to ensure program milestones and objectives are met

Job Responsibilities:

Manage client portals, purchase orders, and project deliverables

Provide sales support to Account Managers in prospecting new opportunities for our products and services

Develop and manage contract and project activities to ensure the program milestones and objectives are being met

Review, analyze, and provide regular data-driven professional account reviews for all assigned customer accounts.

 

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
