What We Do – Accountabilities
Assures support of Account Manager for a specific geographic region. Assures support of Account Manager for achievement of financial goals. Goals include sales and gross margin targets by account Partner and brand health (sales and store growth, traffic and conversion metrics, inventory management) will also be measured against goals Assures strong partnership broader account management team helping to build tools and execute the new strongly-brand-directed operating model
Essential Functions
Market planning – creating line sheets and other market meeting tools, merchandising and receipt flow by month, inventory, pricing and competitive analyses Supporting order placement and management and working closely with the Demand Planning/Operations team on all follow up Tracking marketing and brand building plans and calendars including specific spend by vehicle, activities, required collateral Analyzing partner 4-wall contribution Ensuring partner execution of all brand guidelines, visual merchandising directives, store design, marketing commitments, and all other aspects of brand management
Preferred Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred Some work experience in retail, fashion, branding, international, consumer goods or services, or other related areas. Fluency in Spanish or Japanese highly required; Mandarin, Korean, and other languages a plus Quantitative and analytical abilities Professional relationship builder Written and verbal communication Financial acumen – strong understanding of retail economicsPhysical Requirements and/or Environment
