To provide technical support in accordance with company operating procedures. **Functions & Responsibilities:** + Maintaining account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines. + Support servicing teams by ensuring real-time updating of agency management system. + Review and support document download process from carrier partners. + Work directly with carriers to procure important policy documents and notices. + Liaise with Accounting department on research and justification of premium charges as compared with endorsements and invoices. + Perform other specific duties as directed by the Account Executive. + Pursue a program of professional development. **Qualifications:** + Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills + Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance + Good typing skills and computer literacy + Ability to work within designated time frames + Good interpersonal skills + P&C license preferred + College degree or equivalent work experience **Required Skills:** + Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a must The expected pay range for this position is $30.21 an hour to $46.15 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
